  • I've never used an "urgent care" for treatment, I usually go to my PCP. I had an exceptionally positive experience here. After a couple of days with an injury that wasn't healing, I decided I needed a professional opinion. I was really impressed with this facility. The staff were all quick, efficient, professional and very helpful. I was not in a "good mood", but they remained kind and helpful. Gregory Allen Pritchard, PA diagnosed my injury and was 100% correct with treatment. He was very kind and compassionate. They also followed up the next day with test results! My PCP doesn't even do that; I have to call them for results.
