rev:text	Been going to Dr. Lalani for over 2 years. You mainly see the two assistants he has, I was seeing Janine who is just average, have heard good things about James. I had to leave this place just for being overall disfunctional and not knowing what the hell is going on. Agree about the front office, not polite and you have no idea how they will charge you. Sometimes I pay up front, sometimes I get billed in the mail. There is no system. Trying to get an order over to Sonara Quest was the last straw, it took them 3 times and me making two trips over there to find out they were faxing my order to the wrong place. The lady was rude on the phone and suggested they don't know every number for each Sonora Quest, well she never asked me for it or I could have easily given it to her. They also screwed up my order and I didn't get tested for the two most important things after my thyroid, testosterone and estrogen. I also could have saved myself two trips if someone had picked up the phone while I was at Sonora Quest, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone over there. The lady for the medical records is clueless. Left a message with Janine's MA and to this day, no call back. I'd drive a hour to this place, fortunately more Endo's have popped up and found one by my house with good reviews. It's a very small place but the doctor is awesome and she listens to me, and I'm in and out. She also notified me I took to unnecessary test at Lalani's, good riddance !!
