  • Trisha is 'in charge' and after listening to her on a call getting upset because the person couldn't understand her accent, she admitted to her present client that she gets short tempered and impatient. It's true...each time I come I see signs of this. But then she is trying to work on a client and balance all the techs work. It can't be easy. But the techs are good and tho you often wait 15+ minutes past your appointment, you come out with a really good job, especially Lucy!!! I'll keep coming back for her.
