  • DO Not go here!!!!! Will make up a price after work is completed. Charged $900 for a simple piece that took less than 30 minutes. Had it measured after the fact with the grid and was told price was $120 first block (1 inch x 1 inch) and $25 each block after the first. After it was remeasured this morning we were told price should have been $475. We waited to have the refund. Then the Mary, front desk, told us she charges a day time price. Then she back tracked and said the artist set the price. She couldn't add up the $900 charge again. Refused to let us speak to owner/manager. Called another location who verified measurement price as listed above. Told off the record by a few employees that "she" does that to customers. And it is wrong. Everyone's reaction to the cost in comparison to the piece was utter disbelief. Of course no one has fixed the issue. We are going to dispute the charge with the bank as well as contact the BBB. Look at all the reviews who reference the same issue. I think we should file a class action law suit. Specifically avoid Mary!!!!
