| - If I could give no stars I would rate this hotel Zero Stars, here's why.
Poor customer service, we arrived late last night after packing all day getting ready for a move. Had to ring the buzzer multiple times waiting over twenty minutes just to be let into the lobby area. Was then greated by a male who was not even a glimse of friendly. He did not say one word to us when he opened the door he proceeded to the check in desk still no words eye contact or even smile. My husband told him the name of the reservation and this gentleman began to look it up with no words in return, this process took an additional 20 minutes towards the end he asked for idea and credit card. These were the first words he spoke to us. He than made a rude comment how it was late to be checking in, my husband said yea 1am is late we just need to sleep a little before we start our 6 hour drive. That was the extend of our conversation with this man.
We had reserved two rooms online, which advertised two queen beds in each room. And CONTINENTAL HOT BREAKFAST... let's start with the rooms....
Both had ONE queen bed and a TWIN size sofa sleeper. Did not complain or ask to switch we were extremely exhausted wanted to shower and sleep. One room smelt horribly of musk, curry, and body odor, there was urine in the toilet that was unflushed. The smell was nauseating.... Rooms were dingy and humid even with a running full blast.
The other room had stained sheets, food in the fridge, microwave and freezer. There was garbage in the trash. The pull out beds did not have sheets so my husband went to the desk to request some. The "gentleman" pretty much tossed them at my husband. These sheets also had brown and blood stains. Had trouble sleeping but needed to rest. They were doing landscaping and tree removal at 7:00 am which woke me after I had finally fallen asleep.
Breakfast consisted of granola bars or prepackaged muffins and red NOT DELICIOUS apples. They had coffee but did not even offer water. The website advertised HOT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Very misleading.
The woman in the morning was extremely nice to us thus why 1 star is suitable. However this same woman proceeded to raise her voice over the phone to a customer that had checked out earlier that morning. All over a billing issue...
Check out was easy, we had no billing issues like others had previously stated.
Beware what they say you get I'd definitely not true. It was a place to rest good price, however I've had FAR better experience elsewhere for same price.
