  • Worst HOA ever!!! They sent me to collections when I wasn't passed due. I found out and tried to contact them and they wouldn't talk to me so I contacted the debt collector that they used and they wouldn't accept my proof of payment. It was a receipt from where I paid online. While this is all going on I moved. Some how in the midst of me moving they where able to get a lien on the property for a debt that doesn't exist. I didn't find this out until the house sold and we are getting ready to close. I can't get any information from anyone Rossmar and Graham won't talk to me, the debt collector says the account is with a lawyer and when I call a lawyer all I get is a voice-mail. They are a bunch of crooks.
