  • Ferraros is one of my favorite places to grab a late night bite with a glass of wine when you don't feel like slumming it. You can dine in the restaurant but I prefer the bar (which has a very nice outdoor patio). The bartender Cassandra is knowledgeable, friendly, and pays attention to detail. She makes you feel comfortable to be in such a nice place. Hands down the BEST beef carpaccio in Vegas. I've tried several, I always come back to ferraros. They really have the carpaccio nailed. Great selection of Italian wines, and some fabulous hand made pastas that shouldn't be missed.
