  • I went to Neiman Marcus excitedly today to buy a fragrance for my wedding. In my other visit is I have had service that went above and beyond. Today, I worked with a woman who clearly wasn't listening as I told her I was looking for an oriental fragrance and hated florals. She handed me a number of rose fragrances. That's not the only reason for the low stars. At six pm, the manager closed the door and turned off the lights. This is one of the major edits to the mall, which means she is more concerned with going home than ensuring her paying customers can safely exit the store. Poor showing.
