  • The "go to" real estate attorney in Charlotte, NC! When a dishonest contractor threatened to put a lien on my home, I e-mailed the Marsh office after hours seeking to understand my options. After a short while, Harry Marsh replied to my e-mail personally and requested further details to inform his recommendation (I should add that I sent messages to other real estate attorneys who never responded). In addition to our communication via e-mail, he also scheduled a phone call that evening and provided details about my contractor and the legal system which helped me reach the best decision. I am very grateful for Harry Marsh's availability, responsiveness, and professionalism during a time of confusion and great personal stress. Based on this experience, I would definitely hire Harry Marsh and his team trusting that I would receive the best service regarding matters related to real estate.
