  • Three plus years ago I purchased an used, non-Chrysler product from Moore Chrysler Jeep. I decided to add an off-market auto alarm at the time of purchase. Recently the alarm started to give me issues. The most important issues were that the door would not lock and the alarm would not sound when the door was opened. (The key-fob battery was still good). I took it to Moore Chrysler Jeep, on the day after Thanksgiving, without and appointment for them to have a look at it. Finance Manager Evan, took a look at my issue, sent it to the shop for repair and within an hour, it was fixed. Best part-no charge. So 5-Stars for Moore Chrysler Jeep for standing behind an after-market item 3 plus years after it was purchased and once again thanks Evan for stepping up.
