  • NEGATIVE 10. PLEASE READ! Rite Away are Crooks. I've been WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR 11 DAYS! These people hav no sense of urgency or professionalism. They are pure rip off artists! Hot water heater went out, they are charging $325 out of pocket for fittings? Above warranty. Guy came out for 5 minutes and haven't seen him since? I've taken several days off work and here I sit again and they are a NO show. If you value your time and money NEVER use them!
