i wish i could rate them 5 stars.
we had such a great experience with their front of house/sales staff. ashton was top notch, while training a new staff member, and gladly helped us the whole time. keep in mind he didnt follow us around we just kept running into him. we bought roughly $4,000.00 worth of furniture and was happy to do so (quality and style was on point for what we needed/wanted). we knew one piece would take a week or so to get but was told it could be sooner. i checked online the next friday to see if it was available and it was in stock and ready to be delivered or picked up same day, for anyone that visited the site this is what they would see. i called to see if i could even pick it up since it just happened to be the gf's birthday and i thought it would be a nice surprise. i was told it wasnt in stock or avail at the location their site stated. i made the huge mistake of inquiring further. after talking to multiple people, horrible customer facing experience, was told it only showed that online because they have it on the floor but its not for sale. ummmmmm... thats not what the site says. its clear to me living spaces does this for deception period and no other reason. the gm called me and apologized, i truly felt he was sincere actually, and offered to refund the original delivery fee. the offer was nice and appreciated and the only reason they are rated 2 vs 1 stars. one of the girls actually threatened to cancel my order. the gm ensured me this would be fixed but almost a week later and the issue remains, showing available when its not. i am 100% sure most their product does this on their sites with the full intention of deceiving the consumer and get bodies in the store. shame on you living spaces. your product is better than afw. your staff is wayyyy better than afw. that should be enough alone. change your shady practice if only for your staff so they can say they work for a stand up company......
