  • It is a nice clean modern office. I liked Dr. Lee and Erin Reed. They were both nice and very professional. The lady who did the blood work was also very nice and professional. I like the fact that I can schedule my appointment online instead of calling or waiting on hold. I also like that they can automatically submit my perscription to my pharmacy so I don't have to physically drive to the pharrmacy to submit. The front office staff is not so great. They are not nice and welcoming. Kind of rude. They need customer service training because if they give customers a bad experience, the business is probably missing out on a lot of new and returning customers, which means $$$$. I hadn't had a yearly woman's physical for a very long time and forgot about the blood work and not eating food prior so I had to come back to get the blood work done. So maybe they could remind people to not eat when they schedule the physicals. I've had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes past my appointment time on all visits. So my rating is only two stars because I've been to other Doctors and have had much better experiences.
