rev:text	Let me start by saying I love Cadillacs. I went in to try out a new car and was met by a guy in a wrinkled polo shirt and shorts, he looked like he just got out of bed. He couldn't answer most of my questions because he just got back from a 2 week vacation in Italy I think and he said he was still in vacation mode... When I tried out the car, he immediately offered me invoice pricing and said there were a lot of incentives. Now that is a 1st from a car salesman....Yet, I would not buy from this guy because he literally did nothing to try and get my sale and I am not sure if he is this bad what the service department would be like. Sorry, I am going shopping elsewhere.
