  • ordered 4 bulbs online.one bulb defective.called company gave me return label to send back bad bulb. 2 emails and 4 wks. later sent me email of refund $2.50 wrong! should have been $6.48? called company tells me don't know what happened but needs to go through manager whose not there? what a lousy company over 4 weeks and still haven't got my refund? will never use batteries plus bulbs again!!!
