Called service to have my sons 2017 Sonic oil change done. Scheduled an oil change, ONLY an oil change. I receive a phone call from the female service manager saying she can not locate my son at the dealership so he can pay. I then find out that this service manager "recommended" that my son add on other services. I was livid, let her know how upset I was and she says, "he signed the paperwork"
My son graciously paid the balance, however, this place took advantage of him.
