| - I booked an appointment for my mom for her birthday. After I booked it she said she didn't want a massage. This spa sends a confirmation text the day before your appointment where you can either cancel or confirm. I cancelled her appointment through text. I even received a text stating my appointment was cancelled. I received a call the day of the appointment from Linda, the manager, stating that I would be charge for missing the appointment because I was suppose to call. I told her that I will NOT be charge because I cancelled and received confirmation of my cancel the day before and hang up. 5 minutes later, Alexander calls me and asks me to explain everything. I told what happened and even apologized for hanging up because I was just having a bad day. He end up patronizing me by saying, "Darling, our system doesn't work like that. You still need to pay for your appointment." I told him I would be there in 5 minutes so he can read the text, I received from his company. Once I got there, I immediately showed him the text and he said he has to show his manager Linda. When he came back to the front after speaking to her, the first thing he said to me was Woosa. Like what the hell! I already told you I'm having a bad day and then I had to come to your business because NO ONE knows how their system works. He didn't apologize and the inexperience manager never came out of her office to try resolve the issue. Alexander eventually told me, I wouldn't be charged. & I told him, I know. You can't charge my card without written consent and plus I have proof of my cancellation way before the appointment. I honestly never experienced their services but after seeing how money hungry the company is, I don't want to.

It's clear that they can not take ownership of the issue and want to keep arguing. I have worked and visited different spas in Las Vegas and I'm aware of the standard cancellation policy. The text sent from their company clearly states to call if I want to change my appointment and if I want to cancel just type N. I would NEVER use this company again because there are plenty of another spas that offer the same services with better customer service. I would strongly recommend that you visit another spa for a stress free visit. Woosa
