  • This place is trash! I moved over to north charlotte from south charlotte and was in search of a new salon. I gave it a try because of pretty good reviews. I asked the lady what type of pedicures they offered they said 3 types. Regular..deluxe..and spa pedicure. I asked for the $36 deluxe pedicure. When it was time to pay the lady says $42 is that ok. I said no because I asked for the deluxe it says $36. She then starts speaking Chinese to the owner. He says the one you got was $42. I said well I didn't ask for that I asked for the $36 deluxe. He says well she miss understood sorry. I'm like ok that's your problem not my problem that your worker can't understand when someone asks for a deluxe pedicure. It isn't my fault she gave me something I didn't ask for. They still proceed to charge me $42. I tell them don't worry this is the first and last $42 you will ever get from me. Horrible customer service! I mean just horrible no regard for customer treatment at all. Also the place is kinda dingy looking and outdated. I will never return.
