rev:text	So, My water bill doubled over a month and I couldn't find a leak. So spoke to RT Plumbing initially and explained I needed to find a leak and it was under my slab. They came out and had my uncle meet them as I was at work. They, checked everything I did and charged me $100 to tell me they don't have the equipment to locate the leak and gave my uncle's Darrels number who called them (as I wouldn't have as I viewed it as being taken advantage of by first guy I wouldn't trust anyone he had recommended). Darrels came out (again while my uncle was there) and told my uncle it was the cold water line under the cabinets in my kitchen. My uncle not knowing any better, paid and they left. Obviously I wasn't going to call RT as they didn't do what I asked the first time, so I contacted one of the plumbers at work to come out and give me an estimate since I knew he owned his own company as well. He explained Darrells SHOULD have taped the wall where the line as there were at LEAST 3 Cold Water Lines in the area he identified, and SHOULD have explained to which area of the house that line fed due to my block construction it would be more efficient to repipe, than to fix the leak due to the location. He Explained the job the locator did was only half done and if they could identify which line and to which part of the house it goes he'd come out and give me an estimate. So I called Darrels, left a message explaining my concern of needing the specific line identified....Nothing. Left a message again....Nothing. Simply, if you want a job half done and someone not willing to take calls nor stand behind their work. Call Darrel's Locating.
