  • UPDATE: Okay, after putting in our 30 day notice, moving out, signing a new lease in a whole different state, Lyric states that one of us still live in the apartment. Mind you, my BF and I lived in the apartment together. We put in our 30 day notice together, we moved out together, the maintenance manager walked the apt with us together. They're still charging rent saying one of us still live there. --------------------------------------------------- They recently changed management companies (AMC properties) and they are so poorly experienced we're leaving and never renting apartments again for these very reasons... The pool was 24 hours, now it's not and you can only have two people at the pool per apartment. LOL! That's laughable. The trash bin areas are gross now, maintenance doesn't clean them. I am a paying tenant, and my car is being serviced for a week, so I'm in a loaner, but BE AWARE you can't park your loaner in covered spots or they'll tow it. When they changed management our auto-pay didn't transfer, but they notified tenants the day after it was late and tried to charge a late fee & a fee to sign up with their auto-pay. Also laughable! The apartments were built on a dime, the doors are uneven and stick and you have to yank the door open because of how uneven the door jams are. The kitchen sink is square, and when actually leveled properly it should drain. But water, or whatever you pour in it sits in the bottom because it's not leveled properly. If you're upstairs, the stairwell has no air vent and it's gets insanely hot in the stairwell, and heat just pours into the unit from the stairwell. So your air never stops running. Just an FYI, it's so bad. Our lease isn't up until Aug 10th 2016, but we're moving July 1st and just eating the cost because we hate it that much!
