  • Purchased a groupon for pilates classes at the end of last year and had an impossible time scheduling through the website. FInally got a hold of someone in Jan after repeated calls and was told that as long as I used the first appt before the expiration I could use the others after. I was able to schedule one session the end of Jan and really enjoyed it. Since then I have tried repeatedly to schedule appts and am never approved through the website. I have also called several times with no answer. I will be asking Groupon for a refund.
