rev:text	I have been going to the Bertram for the past 3 years and will be going there again the end of July into August. I have been very satisfied with the staff, rooms and the restaurant. I am not sure what "a dated" room means, as I find them normal bed, bathroom, dresser, flat screen TV, table, lights. The hallways, rooms restaurant are very clean. I do not find the hallways dark. From the front desk to the maid service, wait staff, bar staff have always been friendly and professional. As I stated before this is my fourth year staying here and my stays consist of 5 - 7 day per stay.
