Since I am an Emerald Aisle customer, check-in is easy. For the most part the car performed perfectly, unfortunately the Bluetooth for the car did not.
I could connect and had many conversations on my drive to Tucson and back (from Phoenix). The issue was that the Bluetooth would drop the call, sometimes the entire call and other times disconnect from the car's Bluetooth. I would put the caller on speaker and told them I had to call them back. This was annoying and not professional. Calling back my clients didn't always work because the Bluetooth worked sporadically. Since I always ask for a car with a Bluetooth, this is a deal breaker.
