  • I wish I could review the service but this establishment cancelled my appointment without even letting me know. I called the salon to let them know I was running 5 mins late they told me they cancelled the appointment the day before ( unknown to me) but the lady on the phone instructed me to come anyway. Sat In the salon ( no receptionist) for 5 mins called the number again. The lady once again told me that she had notified the salon I was coming. Then someone popped out and rudely asked what Time I was rescheduling for. WHAT? Why would I drive to the establishment to reschedule. In an industry where there is lash joint on every corner I guess they figure there is a client on every corner too. Terrible place.
