We're snowbirds and have spent the winter in Arizona. We've taken our truck to this Cobblestone location quite a few times. Most of the time we've just sat inside and wandered out about the time we figured our vehicle would be ready. However, the last couple of times the weather has been nice so we've waited outside for it to finish.
A couple weeks ago I was there close to 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. I thought maybe they were understaffed but was told no. They advertise hand towel dry. Well, the vehicles sat there so long they actually dried in the sun. I was annoyed with that.
When I finally pulled away my open car door indicated started flashing. It was the back passenger side door. So stopping at the light, I had to get out and make sure it was closed. Then, I noticed that I was in 4 wheel drive. Evidently when they wiped the inside down, they rotated the switch. Obviously, I was also annoyed with that.
So, today we took it in again. The truck again was left to dry in the sun. We were next in line to finally have our truck finished but instead the workers moved to another car. My husband had to walk over and bring it to their attention. The workers worked as fast as they can. I think the place is understaffed. And, why do we give a tip to the supervisor and not to the ones who actually work. We don't like that procedure at all.
I believe there are better places and that's what we'll look for next week.
