  • We ordered multiple items from this location. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable while we were making the purchase, but afterwards was a different story. The customer service was atrocious. They never seemed to know when our order was coming in, and they always seemed annoyed to have to deal with us. Overall, they were incompetent and unfriendly. I was very disappointed with the experience. Our furniture finally arrived 3 weeks later than expected. We were told that the product "sells itself," and it seems that the product is only thing that this location has going for it. I would not recommend shopping there in the future.
