  • This was our first experience with this business, as we were referred by Discount Tire (who is always amazing when it comes to customer service). We had an appointment at 11:00 am for an alignment, and oil change. They quoted us 2-2 1/2 hours. After almost three hours passed we called to check if the truck was done. They told us it was going to be about 45 min longer that they got busy...45 min passed and we went to pick the truck up. When we got there they told us that it hadn't even been taken back yet, but said the oil was done. This is past 3:00 now. The individual working said "I'll take it back right now, we will have it done in 30 min"...We have been out a vehicle all day, after having our entire Saturday taken up. Had we let them do the work that would have been over five hours for an alignment and an oil change. Not to mention the fact that we had an appointment which obviously means nothing. I am so dissatisfied with the service, and will not be returning. What a horrible first impression. The only reason I am even giving a star is to leave this review, and the fact that there was no charge for the oil change due to our massive inconvenience.
