Well, this is certainly disappointing....
I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer...and have consistently brought 3 vehicles in for service.
Although the cost for service is high, and friends told me I was nuts to use a dealer for repairs once the warranty expired, I continued to bring my vehicles here for service.
The customer service WAS great, and I always felt as if I was treated fairly. In short - I trusted Camelback VW - and that was worth paying extra for.
Sadly, that is no longer the case.
I could write a long diatribe describing my most recent (frustrating and utterly ridiculous) experience with this dealership. Let's just say the customer service has declined drastically, and I left feeling mislead and ripped-off.
Perhaps this was a gift - as I was actually considering purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.
Well...that won't happen....
Not sure if there is new management - maybe that would explain the current state of things? Honestly...it really doesn't matter at this point. Once the well has been poisoned, there is no going back.
Goodbye, Camelback VW. It was nice while it lasted.
