  • Well, let me tell you, I have been banking with BofA since 1993. This is the rudest, most ghetto branch I have ever been in. This includes branches that I have been to that are in ACTUAL ghettos. This review is not based on one visit, but more than 3 since it is convenient. One visit, they wouldn't let me deposit a check because they didn't like the way it looked. Mind you, I deposit an IDENTICAL check at the branch two miles up the road EVERY month. Another visit, I needed to make a quick deposit. Since my stroke-recovering mom was sitting in the car in the heat, and the lines were long both inside and at the ATM, I explained the situation, and they told me (basically) tough shit. Two miles up the road, they actually came out to the car, got the checks and then brought the slip back out to the car. I could say more about some other vists, but I'm getting pissed off all over again. If I could give this crap hole a negative number, I would. Go to the Camelback and 44th St. branch. They have manners and know how to treat a customer.
