  • Keith arrived within 20 minutes of our calling on a Friday night to our No. Scottsdale condo complex. The complex had suffered a broken water main more than 2 hours before and the HOA 'approved' plumber had yet to arrive. Keith was not familiar with our complex yet he immediately took the situation in hand and worked hard to solve the problem. During this time the HOA 'approved' plumber showed up. Keith stayed on and they fixed the problem. My condo stood in the path of all this spewing water. I believe if it weren't for Keith's quick work my place would have flooded. As it turns out this did not happen. I deal with many plumbers with my various apartment buildings. This plumber is a winner!
