  • Very upset with the service from this place. I brought suit pants in to get cleaned and a stain near the pocket removed. When I picked up my pants, the stain was gone but there were new brown stains ALL over the pant legs. I asked the girl about it and she said that the machine sometimes makes stains on the clothes but it's easy to remove so I left them again... The second time I picked them up, the stains were even worse!!! I was helped by the same girl and when I asked her about it she seemed surprised and said that they were there when I dropped them off. I told her that she told me yesterday that she told me that the machine makes the stains on them sometimes. They began speaking Spanish and she said "that must've been my twin sister." REALLY?! She said she was going to have a manager look at it and see what they can do and on the ticket, she wrote "says stains weren't there." And I said that I think she needs to write that I was informed that the machine makes the stains sometimes. She rolled her eyes and said "I'm gonna leave it the way it is and you'll hear from a manager tomorrow or the next day." Not only does she have an imaginary twin sister but she has a horrible attitude!!! I'd rather spend the extra money at another cleaner and be treated with respect. I've been dealing with this cleaner for as long as I can remember but that's stoping now. I wish there was an option for no stars... Pay the extra money somewhere else.
