  • I worked with Tony Vachal and George Brazil for some electrical repairs and troubleshooting work. From start to finish I received a professional experience. My initial phone call was answered by a polite representative that was able find a technician for same day service, no need for transferring the call or a long hold time. I was called 45 minutes before the technician Tony arrived to me, and he arrived right on time. Tony listened to what needed to be done, spoke well, and left me confident he was capable of the work I needed performed. I was provided an estimate on Tony's tablet that was more expensive than what I was hoping for, but I understand the value of same day, very capable service so I accepted the quote. All the work was done exactly as described, Tony was prepared with all parts and tools necessary to finish without needing to pick up anything, and when finished the price was exactly what I was quoted. Tony is an excellent Journeyman electrician with perfect customer service, I appreciated working with him. George Brazil was not my first choice for this work, but I had two prior failed appointments with competitors, one that was not able to do the work, and one that was a no show. After this experience I don't know that I will call them for regular maintenance, but last minute necessities they appear very well equipped to help with.
