  • Have you ever hired a hardware CONSULTANT? No, of course not, shopping for stuff at your local hardware store is a do-it-yourself deal. Not at Paul's. Hardware consultants are incorporated in your purchase. No extra charge. At Paul's you not only will find indispensable items you simply will not find at ordinary hardware stores - they should rename thts place "Paul's Ace EVERYware" - but also, at no additional charge, you'll enjoy the services of staff that perform as if they own the place themselves. I've had the pleasure of working with staff over a period of several days to obtain and retrofit a particularly challenging "hardware malfunction". They were as committed to achieving a solution as I was! And in the meanwhile, I had the opportunity to explore nooks & crannies of the store, discovering both items I really needed that I had not found elsewhere, AND that staff were positively encyclopedic in their knowledge of what I might locate, and where I would locate it, among their aisles. Yeah, you need to get your stuff here. Because you'll get more than just your stuff.
