  • I am a property owner in the Phoenix area. IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY OWNER IN THE PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM BENNETT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They ARE CROOKS. They use their contract to spend your money Carte Blanche. After repeated attempts asking them to consult with me prior to spending my money, on my property, especially on big items, they refuse. As a landlord, it would make common sense to have some say in these decisions, right? Not with Bennett Property Management. The owner and managing partner, Anne McCawly is a Straight Out LIAR and a CROOK. Michael Noggle is directly manages my property and is Anne's employee, he takes order from her follows her lead. My attorney will handle this from here.
