The pastries are very different; I have not had a cinnamon bun or croissant made the way it is here. It is not vastly better than the way you see them done conventionally, but it is very good. We also had a salmon baguette which was delicious.
The only item which was a failure for me was the coffee. I had an americano which was not good. A place like this should put more of a focus on coffee. The Americano was watered down and slightly burnt.
