| - Went to DOMA for a second time last night. The first time experience was well beyond expectations, last night was ok. A bit disappointed that they stopped the tasting menu format where you get to try every course format, instead you choose 4 items amongst appetizer, second, main and dessert category. Our first experience was amazing, hot items sizzling hot, almost every dish was surprisingly good, the amuse bouche was so flavorful. Second time, there was no amuse bouche. It was very busy for a Thursday night, maybe their staff was a bit overwhelm by the traffic, a couple of the hot items out luke warm and the wait staff didn't get a chance to refill our water. Taste was still good, especially the sea bream w prawn & ravioli. Price point is still good at only $70 for tasting menu. Portion is just sufficient, but I wish they offer maybe an option where you can pay more but get the fuller experience. Hope last night was only a temporary lapse, I like this little place.
