  • If I could leave no stars, it would be a perfect review of these guys. I set up an appointment at least a week in advance to have my vacant new house carpet and tile cleaned. I was given a time of between 10am and 1 pm. I received a confirmation the night before by phone. I arrived at my empty home around 9am waited till 11 and called Coit to make sure they had my cell number the girl assured me she would make sure the tech had it. I waited until 1:15 called the office and was advised that the tick had called in sick and they were trying to send someone else out. I asked the girl why I had not been informed of this situation when I called eRlier, her response was "she didn't tell you". I was then told that someone would be out between 3 and 5. Well as you might guess I told her where to send her techs that may or may not show up. Anyway in a panic I called Stanley Steemer, who immediately said a tech is on his way, I will let you know how that goes. DO NOT CALL COIT is my recommendation.
