rev:text	I wrote my first review on 5/15/16 and since then I have been contacted by this business. Dr. M was very concerned about the quality of the gel and asked a few questions to determine the cause. I did get the kit in January, because I only had to the end of that month to make my appointment, but I didn't use it until recently because my wedding isn't until June and I didn't want the vibrancy of the whitening to fade before the big day. I guess you're not supposed to wait so long to use it. That was my fault. However, the Dr. offered my a new kit, free of charge, and his messages were sincere and empathetic and he genuinely seemed to want to make me happy even though I'm not even a regular patient. For the excellent customer service they have earned my first ever edited review. I went to a bridal show in DT PHX and won free teeth whitening from Waterfront Dentistry. The staff was nice enough although the office was a little dingy. They of course tried to convert me into their patient and told me all these things that should be addressed, but I have a dentist I like already and really just wanted the free teeth whitening kit. The reason I decided to review the place is because of the quality of the kit. It came with a plastic syringe full of the whitening gel that is to be put into the mouth tray, but when squeezing out the gel, all this black stuff came out with it. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the gel was so strong that it started to erode away the black rubber plunger inside the syringe and that was what was coming out along with the gel. I didn't think it was safe to put eroded rubber into my mouth so I wound up throwing most of the gel away. I know it was a free kit but it just didn't seem right.
