The selection (shoes, clothes, etc) at RoadRunner in general is good. But the customer service at this location is up there with the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. As the other reviews mentioned, a ton of inexperienced staff standing around and no one helping. When the manager isn't hiding out in the back he walks around avoiding helping any customers.
I will definitely be writing to Corporate about my experiences at this location and how they have lost a customer to RoadRunner. I also made sure to request that my VIP club not auto renew. But I don't trust their abilities so I will be sending that in writing as well.
Their other locations maybe better, but this location left me with such a bad experience I won't even waste my time testing their other waters.
