  • The staff at this store is completely incompetent. We had ordered online and prepaid, only to arrive at the store and find out that they were out of two of the three items that my wife had ordered. When I asked for a refund, they were unable to, saying that it had to go thru their corporate office. What was most disturbing though, was that they were completely unapologetic and lacked any discernible customer service skills. Needless to say, we wont be back.
