  • I have been Hilton Honors for more than 15 years. This is my first time accepting their promotion about being owner in one of the properties......BIG MISTAKE. After the popular presentation,I decided not to accept and become owner. It was not my priority. The financial advisor Jackie was not very happy with my decision and it did show ,neither my vacation counselor Reggie. At least their supervisor Sean was very understanding.....I DID HAVE AN INTERESTING EXPERIENCE....not repetible.....Thank you...... On another note....the three days at the hotel,they did not provide maid service.....Hilton staff did not mention this "detail" ,when they "chased" me with the promotion.... Conclusion: Think twice before accepting any Hilton promotion. AD.
