  • Double thumbs up for Rusty and Oasis. I found the shop through Interstate Battery, since my battery died at 2 years. The place I bought the battery at was closed for the day (rest of the weekend actually) and I called one other place that needed a bunch of information I didn't have at the time. Rusty told me to come in and he'd take care of me. Within minutes of arrival, Rusty was testing the battery in my vehicle and then replacing it. Which was amazing that he didn't make me wait for one of his other techs since I had an appointment to get to. Once the battery was in, my vehicle didn't start and he immediately reassessed the issue and found a contact had to pushed down just a bit more and I was completely back in business. I don't know if he realized I was in a rush or what, but I went in to settle the bill and he said there was no charge. My battery was being handled by warranty (thanks for that going seamless!) and I got hooked up with no labor charge. I'll be back... The next time I'm having a crummy day with my vehicles.
