I'll start off with the pros: Trenton. He was such a gentleman, very personable, and very genuine! If I could've bought directly from him, I would've!
Cons: Eddy. The sales manager treated me like I was dumb. I have been doing my research for months trying to find the right vehicle in my budget and for the right price. I was very upfront, if you can't get me what i want, let me know so we don't waste each other's time. When I would ask a question, he would dance around and never answer it. I asked him how close he could bring it down to my goal and he would ask me to run my credit. I asked him about a scratch and if he was able to fix it and he would say "well that's what comes with used cars" ...that wasn't my question.
Long story short, he didn't listen to his guest. I asked him if he could come close to lowering it $2000 and he raised it $2000.
Please do better with your customer service and listening skills. I would've purchased from Trenton. Not Eddy.
