My husband and I went into the store to find mirrors for our bathrooms. We were greeted by the owner and told him what we were looking for. After some discussion, he told us that a custom mirror might be appropriate for us. We told him and his designer our budget and they told us they would be able to do a custom mirror without any problems. We told them we would think about it, but the owner insisted we have the designer come look at our house the same day. We felt a little pressured but were uncomfortable to say no. The designer came to our house and quoted a couple hundred dollars above our budget. She said she would go back to the store and call me with some other options. We never heard back. I understand if she wasn't able to find any other options, but you should still inform a client. In my opinion, for what they charge, you can find yourself a better place to buy your furniture.
