  • Not happy. I decided to buy my tires at Costco because I found I could get a better tire at a better price. How ever, the customer service that I received is why I'll be going to Discount Tire from now on. It took them a long time to get the tires mounted on the rims, it seemed like they were struggling quite a bit. But really what really upset me was the fact that they didn't check the TPMS sensors in any of the tires. The next time I drove my car I find the warning light coming on. I took it back to them to find out why? After about 30 seconds to check all four wheels with their hand held portable machine. It seems one had a dead battery on another was about to have a dead battery. If they had checked this before hand. I could have had it taken care of right then. Now they say it's no big deal, now that you know, you can just drive with the warning light on. Then I was told if I want the sensors replaced I would have to pay to have the tires taken off so new sensors can be put in. Not cool!
