rev:text	I was mortified when I saw that there was a dent in my right rear quarter panel of my brand new RX350. I called a few shops and they talked about removing tail lights or drilling a hole and then plugging the hole back up afterwards. I called Phoenix Dent Repair. I spoke with Jeff. I described the dent, where it was and he have me an estimate over the phone. He sensed my apprehension about possibly removing the tail lights so he said he would be using the hot glue method. We originally set the time for 10am the next morning. I found out that we had a previous commitment at that time. I left a voice message for Jeff that evening to see about changing it to 9am. He texted me back that it would not be a problem. He was promptly there at 9am on a Saturday. It took him less than an hour. But let me tell you what?! He worked continuously on that dent until it was perfect. It is tedious work, but he kept at it until the dent was entirely gone. You can't tell that there ever was a dent there. He has a great personality. He was courteous, efficient and true to his word. I will be recommending him to all of my friends. Plus I am sure that I will be needing his services again in the future and I will not be forgetting his number. Thank you Jeff. I can look at my new car again and smile.
