  • I called them for the $49.00 special. Once the tech arrived he looked in the vents and told me I had mold in the vents and it would be $398.00 to get rid of it. I said no until I could research the chemical soultion they were using and get a second opinion. I think they should have had the discussion with me when I scheduled that if there was mold there would be an additional cost. I think it's skecthy! I will call other companies to get a second opinion. Also, if there is mold doesn't a biohazard team need to be called? Something doesn't seem legit!
