One star only because they lost my reservation and refused to honor the original price even though I had my proof. You can never speak with an actual worker (it's a call center) and they repeatedly told me someone would call back to address my concerns and they never did.
I ended up staying there anyway and paying double price just because I found all this out the night before and it was too late and stressful to find anything else. I would've given this place 4 stars but the billing issues ruined any nice feelings I have about this place.
Also, they really don't care about customers since the same company owns like 6 other major hotels on the strip. So you're really screwed if you ever want to stand against them.
