I'm not a fan of this place and have been treated rudely several times by different sales people. Several of the sales guys have a macho attitude about them. I'm a local and came in here several times to buy guns but ended up buying them elsewhere. I did once buy an AR 15 here though. I'm always very polite and respectful but they aren't. One time I had an incredibly bizarre experience with an African American salesman. I politely and specifically asked him if I he minded if I tested the trigger. He said go right ahead. So I pointed in a safe location and pulled the trigger. I then pulled the slide back to test the trigger reset. He got mad and told me you need to get out of the habit of touching the trigger. The bizarre thing was that I had clearly asked him if he minded. I then replied "I'm testing the reset". He then said something completely illogical. He said "you don't need to touch the trigger to test the reset". How can you not touch the trigger to test the trigger reset? I honestly don't think he knew much about guns and was being rude.
Another time I came to buy an AR 15 I asked one of the people at the counter for help. He was just sitting there bored and literally mumbled that there was too many to show. I couldn't believe it. He also insulted me because I was wearing sandals. I probably could have got him fired but I didn't want to deal with it and just left. A few months later I came in to look for sales and ended up buying an AR 15 because the price was great but the service I got was once again poor. The guy was condescending and rude. I still bought the AR but stopped going here after that. I think it's been about 6 months since I've been here. Maybe I should go back and see if they've fired all these rude people and hired new ones but it's not worth my time. I do give them at least 2 stars because the AR I bought was a good price.
