I have purchased appliances at Spencer's for years and today I was reminded why. The selection is excellent, the sales staff is honest, knowledgeable and willing to take the time needed for the customer to make an informed decision.
Customer service after the sale is OUTSTANDING. Today's example: Saturday evening we experienced a somewhat lengthy power outage. After the outage I was unable to reset the clock on a stove we bought at Spencer's over a year ago. I thought perhaps there had been software damage maybe from a power surge. Today I called our sales rep. He was very busy at the time but explained the situation, took my number and called me back straight away. He then patiently made sure I knew how to set my stove clock despite the very confusing instructions in the owner's manual. Thank you, Matt Osborne, for making sure my (very minor in the big scheme of things) problem was solved!
One other positive about Spencer's service:
Deliveries have always been made on time and set up has been thoroughly taken care of.
